Learn how to play fair with Fairhaven

Online simulation helps you comply with the letter and spirit of the law.

This April, why not recognize Fair Housing Month—and fulfill your fair-housing training requirement—by visiting Fairhaven? Fairhaven 2.0 is NAR’s newly revised simulation that explores fair housing issues through realistic scenarios set in a fictional online town. In this game-like training, users choose their path through interactive stories that illustrate how to identify and prevent discrimination in real estate transactions. The two-hour, self-paced program is free for members and counts as the required Fair Housing/Anti-Bias training that members must complete upon becoming a REALTOR® and every three years thereafter.
